Everything goes: your first name, your moods and notes, your signs, your device tokens, your place in your group, and the parent approval if there was one. It takes a few seconds and it can’t be undone.
Lost your phone, or can’t open the app? Write to hello@tintee.app from any address, tell us the first name you used and, if you know it, the name of your group. We delete within 30 days and confirm by reply. We never ask for anything else to identify you.
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account: your first name and last mood would stay in your group. If you reinstall, the app finds your account again on most phones (iPhone keychain, Google backup on Android). If it doesn’t, tap I have a recovery code on the first screen and type the code from your old Settings. An account with no sign of life for 90 days (never opened, no mood, no device still registered) is deleted automatically.
Nothing personal. If someone reported a message you wrote, that report is kept for moderation for up to 90 days without your name. If you approved a child’s account as a parent, that approval is kept as proof of consent and the child keeps their account.
